A Wayfinder Protocol

Akashic Liberation

“You cannot blame the bait.”
Eli Jaxon Bear

Introduction — to be written. The teaching that opens this protocol goes here. Delete this block once it is written.

Openly meeting pain is essential to our healing and transformation, for when pain is not fully met and experienced in the moment that it arises, it leaves behind an energy imprint for emotional pain. This energy imprint merges with other emotional energy imprints from similar instances and becomes the “painbody.” You can consider it a field of entangled pain.

To meet an emotion, simply expand the field of awareness and welcome the experience of the funky sensations of emotions. Typically, the unwanted sensations arise, and we react by moving into fight/flight or freeze toward them, which creates more even layers of emotion. Next, we interpret and give meaning to the sensations, thus creating a story of blame, victimization, etc. By opening fully to whatever arises, we offer liberation to the consciousness bound in emotions.

One of my most profound and useful teachings came in five words from Eli Jaxon Bear who said, “You cannot blame the bait.” Our reactions belong to us, and the unraveling of them is our responsibility.

The Painbody

  • Identify the painbody. Allow yourself to fully and totally feel the sensations of the painbody. Calibrate the frequency of the painbody.
  • Find the precipitating experience. When did it occur? What category of experience did it weaken.
  • Past life, between lives, conception to birth, birth to 10, 10 – 20, 20-30, 30-40, 40-50, 50-60, 60-70, 70-80, 80-90, 90-100, 100-110; 110-120 plus or future life?
  • Find which primal reflex is stuck in reaction and perpetuating the painbody. Startle / Freeze. Fight / Protection. Flight / Withdrawal.
  • Count the number of stuck switches for each point and RNC.

  • Blood / Fluids
  • Glands
  • Neuro-muscular Junctions

Painbody 2

Check whether you are willing to give up blame and stories associated with the painbody?

  • Check whether you are strong for remaining as love even though the painbody rises.
  • Check whether you are strong for remaining as love even though triggers are present.
  • Check whether you are strong for remaining as love even though the sensations we identify as fear, anxiety, anger, confusion, frustration, despair, grief, sadness, shame, guilt and jealousy arise.

Using the previous 10-pointed star, RNC information waves blocking unconditional love and EAT information waves for pure, unconditional love and wellbeing.

What strategies have you devised to avoid the painbody?

  • Do you run from it, fight it or freeze?
  • What stories do you tell about the painbody?
  • Do you blame others for your reactions?
  • Do you self medicate?
  • Do you intellectualize, deny or suppress?
  • Precipitating Experience
  • Triggers
  • Reactions
  • Stories / Meaning

During the Chinese invasion of Tibet, the invading army swept into a village to take control. Because the local monasteries were a coveted target for the soldiers, many monks fled from the savagery of the approaching army – everyone except for one monk who refused to take flight. Curious about this remaining monk, the general decided to visit the temple himself. When he wasn’t treated with the deference and submissiveness to which he was accustomed, the general burst into a rage. He screamed, “You fool, don’t you realize you are standing before a man who could run you through with his sword without blinking an eye.” Unmoved, the monk replied calmly, “Do you realize you are standing before a man who could be run through with your sword without blinking an eye?”
