I didn’t set out to build a school. I set out to find my way back to myself — through the noise, through the seasons, through everything that told me who I should be instead of who I already was.
Compass Rose Academy was created from a simple belief: it is never too late to find your True North. Many people spend years caring for others, meeting responsibilities, building meaningful lives — and quietly setting parts of themselves aside along the way. Eventually, a new season begins. Questions emerge. A longing for greater authenticity, purpose, and joy starts to surface, sometimes gently, sometimes all at once.
This is not a story about starting over. It’s a story about remembering.
Compass Rose Academy exists to walk alongside people during that season — not by telling them who to become, but by helping them rediscover who they have always been. It’s what I wish I’d had when my own questions started surfacing: a place to slow down, listen closely, and trust that the wisdom I needed hadn’t actually been lost. It had just been waiting.
