Self Inquiry

Introduction — to be written. The teaching that opens this protocol goes here. Delete this block once it is written.

Purpose:

Self Inquiry is the practice of returning to truth through honest, compassionate inquiry. It clears illusion, reveals deeper awareness, and aligns you with who you truly are.

How to Practice:

Find a quiet space. Breathe. Reflect deeply on each question. Write, speak aloud, or sit in stillness with the inquiry. Allow the truth to arise without judgment or resistance.

Repeating Questions:

  1. Who are you when you are not selling yourself?
  2. Who are you when you are not the doer?
  3. Who are you when you are free of the opinion of others?
  4. Who are you when you are not your personality?
  5. Who are you when you are not your past?
  6. Who are you when you are not your future?
  7. What is your essential nature?
  8. Close your eyes and feel it. Receive it.
  9. From your essential nature, greet yourself. Essence to essence.

This is one page of something much larger. If you find yourself wanting the whole method rather than a piece of it, that is what the Apprenticeship is for.

Levels One and Two, just the two of us, working on whatever you bring — until you can do this without me. That was always the point.
