- Calibration — Check and calibrate all incoming and outgoing information.
- Coherence — Bring all torsion fields within your energy field into coherence.
- Raise Frequency — Lift all information patterns to the range of 900 – 1000.
- Release & Clear — Poof and release any information below 800.
- Integrate — EAT, Support and ARRE calibrated information.
- Calibrate information coming in.
- If below 800, poof and raise to 900 – 1000.
- Calibrate information transmitted out.
- If below 800, poof and raise to 900 – 1000.
- Check for repeating information patterns below 800.
- Bring information coming in, transmitted out and repeating patterns up to 900 – 1000 calibration. EAT, Support and ARRE.
- Make all torsion fields within your energy field coherent.
